High Glycemic Load Impairs Cognitive Function

Many thanks to Rich De La Garza for coming over to London to present our research at the BACN annual conference.

We had some fantastic engagement on our research about high glycemic load impairing cognitive function and it was fascinating hearing about all the recent advancements across the different branches of neuroscience – it’s an exciting time in this space.

This is the first in a series of conferences we are presenting at this year ahead of a peer-reviewed manuscript on the the effects of various lifestyle factors on cognitive performance in the workplace.
